This Tanzania Luxury Safari & Zanzibar Beach Experience combines an unforgettable wildlife adventure with a relaxing beach getaway. You will explore some of Tanzania’s most renowned national parks, including Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater, where you will witness breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife, including the legendary Big Five.
Your journey concludes on the exotic island of Zanzibar, where you will unwind on pristine white sandy beaches, immerse yourself in the island’s rich cultural heritage, and enjoy a guided tour of Stone Town and the famous spice plantations. This package offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, providing a luxurious safari experience and a serene beach escape.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. A short briefing will be provided about your safari adventure, and you’ll have the rest of the day to relax and recover from your journey.
After breakfast, we depart for Tarangire National Park, covering approximately 2,850 square kilometers. This park is famous for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which attracts an abundance of wildlife during the dry season. Expect to see wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, leopards, and a variety of bird species.
After breakfast, we drive to Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s most famous wildlife sanctuary. The park is home to a thriving population of predators and prey, including the Big Five. Game drives in the Seronera Valley offer great chances to spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and buffaloes.
Spend another full day exploring the Serengeti’s vast plains. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration, where over 1.5 million wildebeest and thousands of zebras make their dramatic crossing through the crocodile-infested Mara River. The predators of the Serengeti, including lions and hyenas, follow closely behind in this battle for survival.
After breakfast, we depart for Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater, often called the Eighth Wonder of the World, is home to over 25,000 animals, including endangered black rhinos, lions, cheetahs, hippos, and elephants. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the crater floor while observing hippos in the lake. In the afternoon, we ascend the crater rim and drive to Karatu for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, we transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, a representative will greet you and take you to your beachfront hotel. Enjoy a leisurely evening, relaxing by the ocean or exploring the local area.
Start your day with a guided walking tour of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover its narrow alleys, historic sites, and vibrant markets while learning about its Swahili, Arab, Persian, and European influences.
After lunch, embark on a spice plantation tour, where you will see, smell, and taste exotic spices such as cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla—a true Zanzibar experience. In the late afternoon, transfer to Nungwi Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Zanzibar.
This day is all about relaxation and luxury. Spend your time sunbathing on the white sandy beaches, swimming in the turquoise waters, or engaging in optional activities such as snorkeling, diving, or a sunset dhow cruise.
After breakfast, enjoy your last moments in paradise before we transfer you to Zanzibar International Airport for your onward flight.
